Applying for a rental disclosure agreement? Here’s what you need to know before submitting your application:
- With the introduction of the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2018 (which came into effect 29 March 2021), new disclosure requirements are placed on rental providers.
- For a fee of $77 including GST, a Rental Disclosure Statement (‘Statement’) can be applied for by completing the form below.
- The Statement will be emailed within six (6) business days upon receipt of a completed application and funds. The information is compiled from the records of the Owners Corporation and is for common property only.
