Pet Application

Applying for a pet? Here’s what you need to know before submitting your application:

  • Prior to lodging your application, we recommend that you review the Body Corporate Bylaws of your building so that you can ensure your application meets the Keeping of Pets Bylaw relevant to your scheme.
  • Your Body Corporate manager does not have the authority to consider or approve your request.
  • The request will be forwarded to your committee for their consideration. (Please note: based on individual committee structures, they may not choose to pursue your application until such a time a formal meeting can take place)
  • If this application is completed and/or submitted by a Tenant or Property Manager, written Lot Owner approval must be attached for the application to be considered. Not supplying this with the application may delay the process.
  • An additional fee, payable by the Owner, may be levied to process this request.

Please note: Owners of Guide dog/service animals must ensure that identification is carried, and dogs must be wearing jacket/harness when accessing public/common areas.
